Offshore of Southwestern Mexico: An area of low pressure is forecast to develop well offshore of southwestern Mexico early next week. Gradual development is possible thereafter, and a tropical depression could form during the second half of the week while the system moves generally west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph.
